What are your opening hours?

HoldSpace CoWork is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. Access for members with 24/7 plans is available at all times.

What membership options do you offer?

We have flexible daily passes, monthly hot-desk memberships, dedicated desk options, and private office suites. All memberships include unlimited coffee and high-speed Wi-Fi.

When are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily. During these times, phone calls are requested to be taken in our dedicated call booths.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your reserved time. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the booking amount.

Can I bring guests or visitors?

Guests are welcome with prior notice. Each member receives 5 guest passes per month. Additional visitors can purchase day passes at the front desk.

What amenities are included?

Every membership includes premium coffee, filtered water, ergonomic furniture, printing, meeting room credits, secure bicycle storage, and fast fiber internet.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Underground parking is available for all members at a discounted monthly rate. Street parking and nearby public lots are also accessible within one block.

Can I host events or workshops?

Absolutely. Our largest space accommodates up to 45 people. Event packages include AV equipment, catering coordination, and dedicated staff support for a small fee.
